Gluten-Free Porridge Cake
It is a delicious cake with apples, plums and cottage cheese. The preparation does not require previous cooking experience.

Ingredients for 4 –6 persons
Gluten-free oat
1 cup
Milk
200ml
Eggs
4 medium
Honey
2-3 tbsp
Cottage cheese
200g
Apple
2 big cut
Plums
5  Cut
Coconut oil
2 tbsp
Cinnamon
1 tsp

Method
·      Preheat the oven to 1800C
·      Cook a medium thick porridge and add a table spoon coconut oil
·      Using two different bowls separate the eggs
·      Whisk the egg whites
·      Beat the egg yolks with honey,
·      Add the cottage cheese and porridge.
·      Mix them well
·      Add the egg whites
·      Transfer the cake mixture into a greased baking dish
·      Decorate the cake with fruits
·      Place it into the oven
·      Bake it around 30 minutes
