75% of your daily food should be raw, salads and smoothies. Smoothie,
contains the full amount of fibre, carbohydrate, natural sugar and other
nutrients and phytonutrients of the ingredients. It is a healthy, easy to prepare, gluten- dairy-
and egg-free drink. Suitable for vegans.
Place the following ingredients into a smoothie maker, and
make a homogenous liquid. This drink contains
two portions drink one in the morning and keep the second portion in the
refrigerator for afternoon.
