Gluten- Free Apple Cake
Easy to make this gluten free cake which is suitable for
babies.
( no sugar, no milk)
Ingredients:
4 medium eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil
4 grated apples
1 grated carrot
2 tbsp honey
100g gluten free
self-rising flour
100g almond flour
cinnamon

Method:

Beat
the eggs with oil and honey.

Add
the flours and cinnamon blend the cake batter,
·
Preheat
the oven to 1900C
·
Add
the apple and the carrot to the batter and mix it well.
·
Transfer
the batter into a baking tin with approximately 20cm diameter
The baking
takes about 30-40 minutes. Bake until toothpick in centre
comes out clean.
Serving;
You can serve it warm
with vanilla sauce or fresh summer fruits and Greek yogurt.
