Ingredients for a person:
Cucumber

Tomato
|

Radish
|

|
Spring onion
|

|
Cove of garlic
|
1
|
Kale
|
Handful of steamed
|
Greek yogurt
|
1 tbsp
|
Water
|
50 ml
|
You can season it with salt and pepper.
If you are vegan you can use more water instead of yogurt.
