Chocolate Cake Deprived Of Flour
It is a delicate gluten-free cake containing almond and
desiccated coconut.
Ingredients:
Eggs

4 medium

Almond ground
|
150g
|
Ground coffee
|
1 tbsp
|
Sugar
|
100g
|
Desiccated coconut
|
3 tbsp
|
Baking soda
|
1tsp
|
Dark chocolate melted
|
100g
|

tbsp: table spoon
tsp: tea spoon
Method:

Preheat the oven to 1800C
·
Prepare a 20-25 cm diameter baking tin with a
thin layer of coconut oil and corn starch
·
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites into 2
different bowls
·
Beat the egg whites
·
Add the sugar to the egg yolks and mix them well
·
Blend the remaining ingredients
·
Fold the egg yolks in
·
Transfer the batter into the tin and place it
into the oven
·
The baking time is around 30 - 40 minutes
·
When the cake is cold pour the molten chocolate
on the top and place it into the refrigerator until you serve it.
