Gluten-free flat bread

Easy preparation, the
bread is tasty and suitable for party. It is suitable for people with vegan diet.
Ingredients:

Medium size
potato cooked or baked and grated
|
100g
|
Buckwheat flour
|
50g
|
Gluten-free oat
four
|
½ tsp
|
Xanthan gum
|
2
|
Cloves of
crashed garlic
|
4
|
Sundried tomato
chopped
|
Water to get the
right consistency
|
Method:
Mix the
ingredients together
Place the frying
pan on the stove.
Place the ball of
dough into the frying pan and flat with your wet hand
Bake one side for
4-5 minutes
Turn it up side
down and bake the other side
