Gluten-free flat bread

Easy preparation, the bread is tasty and suitable for party. It is suitable for people with vegan diet.

Ingredients:

Medium size potato cooked or baked and grated
100g
Buckwheat flour
50g
Gluten-free oat four
½ tsp
Xanthan gum
2
Cloves of crashed garlic
4
Sundried tomato chopped

Water to get the right consistency




Method:
Mix the ingredients together
Place the frying pan on the stove. 
Place the ball of dough into the frying pan and flat with your wet hand
Bake one side for 4-5 minutes
Turn it up side down and bake the other side
