Gluten Free Ham Cake

Very delicious for pick-nick, you can serve it with salad, or very good side dish for barbeque

Ingredients
4
100g
100g 
1.5dl (cup)
1.5 dl (cup)
1 glass

salt
pepper
nutmeg
200g
Eggs
Gluten free self rising flour (doves farm)
Cornmeal
Oil
Milk
baking powder



ham sliced
olives
tomato fresh (dewatered)

Method
Mix them in a bowl using a hand mixer.
Transfer the mixture into a baking tin (approximately 30cm x10cm x 10cm)
Bake it at 1600C  about 40-45 minutes

Artemisia  dracunculus, tarragon is a perennial herb in the sunflower family. Tarragon is used for culinary and medical purposes.
Nutritional values:
Tarragon is rich source of minerals: iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc.
It contains vitamins: vitamin C, vitamin A and vitamin B6.  Tarragon contains antioxidants as well.
Health benefits:
Tarragon essential oil, eugenol  in the herb has been in therapeutic use in dentistry as a local anesthetic and antiseptic for toothache.
Tarragon tea may help cure insomnia.

Tarragon has also been used as traditional remedy to stimulate appetite and ease anorexic symptoms.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF APPLE

In the rose family Malus domestica, apple tree, is known for its pome fruit, the apple. The tree blossoms in spring and the fruits mature in late summer or autumn. In ancient Greece, apple had been consecrated to Aphrodite, and to throw an apple at someone was to symbolically declare one's love; and similarly, to catch it was to symbolically show one's acceptance of that love. In Christian tradition Eva persuaded Adam to share an apple with her.


Nutritional value of apple:
The apple mainly contains water and carbohydrates, which are mostly sugars. Its sugar contents are simple sugars: fructose, sucrose and glucose. Its glycemic index is low probably due to its high fibre and polyphenol substances.
It is has high level of vitamin C, a strong antioxidant, and mineral potassium.

Health benefits:
Eating an apple every day helps to reduce the risk of heart disease, decreases the cholesterol level and leads to drastic reduction in plaque buildup inside the arteries.
Due to its antioxidant and phytonutrient substances it has an anti-cancer effect.
The fibre content of apple helps to reduce the blood sugar level. Due to its antioxidants apple can slow down the digestion of sugar. Generally it aids

to control blood sugar level and prevent diabetes 2.

It is essential in the process of controlling your weight to eat plenty of vegetables and fruits; 7 portions per day.  75% of your daily food should be raw, salads and smoothies. Smoothie, contains the full amount of fibre, carbohydrate, natural sugar and other nutrients and phytonutrients of the ingredients. It is a healthy, easy to prepare, gluten- dairy- and egg-free drink. Suitable for vegans.



Place the following ingredients into a smoothie maker, and make a homogenous liquid.  This drink contains two portions drink one in the morning and keep the second portion in the refrigerator for afternoon.
