Homemade gluten-free apple cake for breakfast

The preparation takes 10 minutes and the baking lasts in 30
minutes. In less than an hour you can
have a delicious cake for breakfast.
Ingredients:
Eggs

4 medium
|
Brown sugar
|
100g
|
Gluten-free self-rising flour
|
200g
|
Cinnamon
|
1 tsp
|
Apple gut into small slices
|
2 medium
|
Method:

Switch on the oven to 180 0C
·
Slice the apples into half circular shapes
·
Beat the eggs and sugar
·
Add the flour cinnamon and whisk it to form a
light batter
·
Transfer it to the a baking tin around 20 cm
diameter size
·
Decorate the top with the apple slices
·
Place into the oven about 30 minutes
