Homemade gluten-free apple cake for breakfast

The preparation takes 10 minutes and the baking lasts in 30 minutes.  In less than an hour you can have a delicious cake for breakfast.

Ingredients:
Eggs
4 medium
Brown sugar
 100g
Gluten-free self-rising flour
200g
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Apple gut into small slices
2 medium

 Method:
·      Switch on the oven to 180 0C
·      Slice the apples into half circular shapes
·      Beat the eggs and sugar
·      Add the flour cinnamon and whisk it to form a light batter
·      Transfer it to the a baking tin around 20 cm diameter size
·      Decorate the top with the apple slices

·      Place into the oven about 30 minutes
