Gluten-free veggie burger

Easy to make it, healthy, it does not contain preservatives.
Ingredients for 4
burgers
Egg

1 medium

Carrot
|
5 grated
|
Potato
|
2 cooked and mashed
|
Ginger
|
1 cm grated
|
Onion
|
1 small chopped
|
Gluten-free flour
|
1 tbsp
|
Salt
|
Pinch
|
Pepper
|
Up to your taste
|
Corn oil
|
1tbsp

Method
For these burgers I use the grated carrot and ginger fibres
from the juice maker.
Mix the ingredients add flour if it is too soft

Flour your hands and form 4 balls
Place them into the pan and fry them for 2 minutes each side
